Partnering districts and schools receive all resources at no cost.
We pay for your team to participate in two summer trainings.
Graduation Ready provides stipends for members of each school’s EWIMS team to attend two, one-day, regional or virtual trainings with EWIMS coaches prior to the beginning of each school year:
First-Year Summer Training. The first-year summer training focuses on increasing knowledge of the EWIMS implementation process and allows EWIMS teams to plan for implementation throughout the school year.
Second-Year Summer Training. The second-year summer training focuses on deepening implementation of progress monitoring, reflecting and refining EWIMS practices from the prior year, and planning for implementing in the second year of implementation.
All trainings incorporate adult learning best practices and provide opportunities for teams to practice using their school’s data.
Two Years of Coaching.
Graduation Ready provides an EWIMS coach to each high school throughout the two years of implementation. EWIMS coaches will provide the following supports:
On-site or Virtual Support for First School Meeting Each Year. Each school’s EWIMS coach will join the first EWIMS team meeting each school year.
Monthly Virtual Coaching with EWIMS Team Lead. EWIMS coaches will work directly with your EWIMS team lead via monthly virtual coaching sessions—providing a forum to identify each school’s implementation successes and challenges and to share additional content and expertise.
Virtual Support for Two EWIMS Team Meetings Each Year. Each school’s EWIMS coach will participate in two monthly EWIMS team meetings virtually each school year.
Additional Support for Implementation Challenges. If a school experiences turnover in key roles that affect EWIMS implementation or encounters other unique implementation challenges, a coach will provide customized virtual or on-site support.
